Our Claims Management team is growing, and we’re excited to introduce some new faces who help support our customers’ needs every step of the way. Learn a bit more about Casualty Claims Manager Kristine Schimdt, Litigation Manager Carolyn Casey and Assistant Vice President of Claims Ray Rogers below. We want to make sure you know exactly who to contact with any claims questions.

Kristine Schmidt

Casualty Claims Manager Kristine Schmidt joined PLM in October of 2025 and brings extensive experience supporting our customers through the claims process. Her team is responsible for managing auto personal injury protection (PIP) claims, as well as third-party auto property damage, comprehensive and collision losses. In addition, Kristine oversees property damage-only general liability claims, ensuring each claim is handled efficiently and with care. Kristine reports directly to Traci Barber, Vice President of Customer Service, reinforcing PLM’s commitment to responsive service and strong customer advocacy.

Kristine has already proven a valuable resource for both our customers and partners since joining the team. Should you have any questions, she may be reached at 267-825-9072 or via email at kschmidt@plmins.com.

With many years of experience as an attorney, Carolyn brings a strong legal perspective and exceptional attention to detail to this critical area of claims management. Her expertise allows her team to navigate complex litigation matters with precision, strategy and a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes.
