Mindful of the busy lives our policyholders lead, Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company is proud to offer a new more convenient way for our policyholders to obtain their insurance cards. As a business owner, you will no longer have to wait for your auto ID card to arrive in the mail.
Auto ID cards can now be accessed promptly and easily by you or your insurance broker. As soon as your cards are available, PLM will email you and your broker to let you both know that the cards are available for download. This email will contain an active 14-day link to download copies of the auto ID cards. If you still require copies of the ID cards after 14 days, please contact your broker. Then, per your preference, your broker can either instantly email the card to you or print the card and mail it.
With this new service, PLM ceased mailing auto ID cards directly to policyholders October 1, 2019, as the cards will be readily accessible electronically.
The new auto ID process offers policyholders many benefits including, fast and convenient service, as well as on-the-spot duplicates and online replacement cards.
