PLM is pleased to announce the long awaited launch of the new PLM Billing System for policies effective beginning January 1, 2015. The new system offers simplified and modernized payment options and was built with you in mind.

Some of the new features include:

  • Monthly Statements: Insureds will no longer use a coupon book to make premium payments for each policy. Instead, insureds will receive a single invoice for their entire account.
  • NEW! Our invoices have changed. Learn how to read it here.
  • Electronic Payments: PLM will now offer two electronic payment options for you to choose from.
    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Take the hassle out of billing! Enroll in EFT by simply signing an Authorization Agreement and leave the rest up to us. PLM will automatically transfer monthly premium payments from your bank to ours so you can focus on your business.
    • ePayments: Enroll in ePayments and you will have the ability to complete a one-time payment or set up online payments following your chosen payment plan.
  • Endorsement Payments: Endorsements will no longer be billed separately. Any premium adjustment will be evenly distributed amongst the remaining payments for that policy term.
