The Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) has a tool on the bottom of their homepage, disastersafety.org, that you can share with your clients to help identify the natural hazards in their area. They can identify the risks they face based on their zip code and find valuable resources on how to protect their business against these risks.
