Did you know that on average it takes 7-10 business days to receive a first-class letter? That is how long it takes our brokers to receive their commission checks. We would like to alleviate that time and make commissions available immediately through direct deposit.
The process starts with Customer Service. Give us a call (800-752-1895) or email us (custserv@plmins.com). We will collaborate with our vendor, FIS (FIS Integrated Payables) to have a security code provided via email. This code will be used to sign up on the FIS portal, which can be accessed on our website. (www.plmins.com), click on ‘Producers’ at the top, and then click on ‘Commission ACH Payments.’
No need to wait for a commission check, as direct deposit is available. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with signing up to get your commission payment faster.
