PLM is proud to announce that our own Tricia Kilrain, Assistant Vice President of Field Operations, has been awarded one of the HBS Dealer Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply Awards for 2025. Tricia is one of their Business Excellence Award Winners.
The Business Excellence award recognizes a leader who has demonstrated achievement, growth and success in the hardware and home improvement industry; embraced education and community service, and inspired others to follow a similar path.
The primary aim of this program is to acknowledge achievements and provide educational resources to individuals across the industry. Their goal is to draw more women into the business and guide them on navigating the corporate hierarchy. This also helps to empower women within the industry, encouraging them to continually reach for new heights and surpass expectations in their professional journeys.
