Philadelphia, Pa.—May 12, 2017— Pennsylvania and Indiana Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Companies (PLM) today announced two new members for its board of directors. Industry leaders Cally Fromme and W. Craig Myers were appointed to the board of PLM, the country’s largest mutual insurance company serving the wood-related industries niche. Together, Fromme and Myers have decades of experience in the lumber and building materials industries and the insurance industry.

Fromme is currently vice president of business development for Kodiak Building Partners, a family of building products distribution companies. Previously, she was president and chief executive officer of Zarsky Lumber of Victoria, Texas—a long-time PLM insured prior to its sale to Kodiak Building Partners. Fromme also serves as a member of the Executive Council on Construction Supply and served as chairperson of the board of the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association from 2011-2012.
With more than 45 years of experience in the insurance industry, Myers most recently served as vice president at PLM. He has worked on the agency and carrier sides of the business, including serving 25 years with national and international insurance carriers with product management, sales, underwriting and profit center responsibilities. He began his career with PLM as a regional manager in field operations and advanced to assistant vice president before being named vice president of integration and marketing.
Additionally, Myers served on the New York Board of Fire Underwriters as chairman and director and as president of the Insurance Managers Association of New York City. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
