What to Expect

  • Beginning January 1, 2018: PLM will begin servicing all ICBM inforce policies. Who you contact may change but the same high levels of service will apply. PLM is committed to ensuring your current coverage is properly maintained.
  • Beginning March 1, 2018: Current ICBM policies expiring 3/1/2018 and after will be non-renewed. At the same time, a renewal policy will be issued by PLM and delivered to the insured, along with a renewal rights letter that will explain the transition.
