All of us at Pennsylvania Lumbermens Insurance Company are excited about the opportunity to deliver consistent, quality service to our customers. Within the Technical Services Department at PLM, this excitement revolves around two distinct customer centered activities. Technical Services is about developing a collaborative partnership with both our brokers and clients, and demonstrating our commitment by developing comprehensive "Blueprinting For Success" business solutions.
The second area of involvement between the Technical Services Department at PLM and customers is developing a "Blueprint For Success" for ongoing service. An individual blueprint for target loss areas will be developed with the broker and customer. Collaborative responsibilities will be mutually identified and agreed upon, with accountabilities assigned. Accountability for the "Blueprinting For Success" targets will be a joint undertaking with attention to technical issues and human interaction.
