We at PLM have strong ties to the wood industry, and we have worked very hard at maintaining our commitment to our customers and the wood niche. We are continuously implementing internal changes, designed to strengthen our financial performance, technical expertise, customer service, and operational efficiency. We feel that remaining a strong healthy organization is the best thing we can do for our customers. The stronger we become financially, the more value and services we will be able to provide our clients.

We continue to strengthen our relationships with our brokers. Working on an open brokerage basis allows us to work with many brokers and independent agents throughout the country. After all these years, it always amazes us that so many brokers have never heard of PLM or don't know that they can access us directly with no contracts or premium commitments.

Our involvement with the brokerage community has increased in recent years. As with the wood industry, we maintain close ties with the brokerage community as well. Our staff and Field Representatives attend local meetings and outings in their area. In addition, we continue to increase the number of broker conventions we attend each year, especially the regional IIA and PIA shows and conventions. Our goal is to be the premier woodworking insurance marketplace for independent brokers throughout our marketing territory.

As the President and CEO of PLM, I look forward with a great deal of confidence and certainty, that our continued efforts and ongoing commitment to our vision will result in long term, mutually beneficial relationships between PLM, our customers and our brokers.
